Just two weeks Electric Capital issued their Developer Activity Report, claiming that Cosmos and Polkadot are some of the blockchains with the fastest-growing developer ecosystems. However, If you compare the number of questions raised on Stackexchange (Portal for devs to ask and support with technical questions) relating to Substrate respectively to Solidity, I am not so sure if the Dev ecosystem on Polka is flourishing after all.
