Pretty good explanation of Sharding

I'm DYOR on some of the updates for ETH and this is probably one of the better explanations for Sharding that I've found, quite easy to understand. I figured there's probably others here that might have a few dots connected as I did, so here you go!

Also, can we get a petition going to start DMOR as an acronym that's commonly understood? It feels awkward technically saying I'm doing your research.
