Elon Musk’s X Launches ‘Big Charts’ for BTC, ETH, XRP, HYPE, MSTR, COIN, & Others

In a move that further cements Elon Musk’s vision for X as an “everything app,” the platform has launched Big Charts today. This is an upgrade to its existing Smart Cashtags feature for crypto and stocks, including BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, HYPE, TSLA, MSTR, and COIN.

The Big Charts feature adds larger, interactive, real-time financial data to users’ timelines. It is currently available only on iOS and the web.

Big Charts for Stocks and Crypto Go Live on Elon Musk’s X

In an X post on June 12, X product head Nikita Bier revealed that Elon Musk’s platform launched the Big Charts feature. This comes in response to user feedback calling for larger, more usable charts and an expanded real-time financial data experience on X.

Users need to embed them into posts with Cashtags and just tap on the chart to expand it before posting. Users will see matching stocks or crypto tokens when they search for or post a cashtag or contract address. Tapping cashtags will let users see related posts and their price chart.

“We heard you guys like charts, so we made them bigger,” Nikita Bier said. It brings up the live price, but also allows users to select a specific timeframe to show the performance of stock and crypto assets such as BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, HYPE, TSLA, MSTR, and COIN.

However, X has restricted Smart Cashtags to three. Bier added that X’s new Big Charts feature will soon support technical analysis, saying “two more surprises before the week is over.” Notably, users can now also trade SpaceX (SPCX) directly from the X platform as the SpaceX IPO is grabbing massive attention.

Users can type or tap cashtags to see X’s new expanded Big Chart feature. It supports real-time price, percentage change, volume, and multi-timeframe options. The feature is available for crypto assets such as BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, HYPE, BONK, USDT, USDC and other altcoins.

It also supports major stocks such as Nvidia (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), Strategy (MSTR), and Coinbase (COIN). As CoinGape reported earlier, Elon Musk’s X launched Smart Cashtags for the crypto community.

Users are waiting for the X Money launch announcement. X claimed the roll-outs, including X Money could help with fixing the crypto market following a difficult year.

Meanwhile, speculation continues to swirl about the integration of Dogecoin and Bitcoin into X Money for payments. Dogecoin bounced amid these announcements, currently trading at almost 3% higher at $0.086. Meanwhile, BTC price is trading more than 1% high near $63,500 after Trump signaled Iran peace deal.
