The largest crypto exchange has finally rolled out its Learn & Earn initiative on the Binance Academy.

With cryptocurrency platforms like CoinMarketCap and Coinbase already having their EduFi programs in motion, Binance has just recently came out with an offer for new users to get the introductory knowledge on blockchain technologies and earn rewards.

According to the official press release, the academy program is available to any Binance users that have agreed to the crypto exchange’s terms and conditions, as well as completed the KYC requirements via identity verification.

CEO of Binance Changpeng Zhao spoke on the launch of the Learn and Earn program, stating:

“We want to give our users the best tools to improve their understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency projects, so they can make more informed investment decisions.”

In order to earn crypto, Binance customers must complete various tasks like take quizzes on digital assets, watch educational videos, and read informative documents on investing in cryptocurrencies.

The initial Binance Learn and Earn program consisted of introductory courses on the crypto exchange’s native token BNB, stablecoin BUSD, Terra (LUNA), and Harmony (ONE). Each course offered users $3 worth of crypto respective to each course.

There was $600k in crypto given out to customers who completed the program, with more activities to be launched soon.
